What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is nothing more than using deep relaxation resulting in increased suggestibility. When your mind is open to suggestions you can then receive new patterns of thought. Unhealthy old thoughts are replaced with productive and healthy new thoughts. Our subconscious mind is very powerful and it's where all of our beliefs, memories, emotions, habits and imagination live. Hypnosis targets the subconscious mind to quickly remove old destructive beliefs and habits and replacing them with productive, happy and beneficial beliefs and habits. When the client comes in ready to change, results can be made very quickly. Usually in 6 sessions, or less.

Coach Otter represents my personal brand as a Helping Practitioner. Through hypnosis, coaching, purpose and mindfulness I offer unconditional positive regard to help you improve, quickly. Because life is short and precious and I want you to live your best life as quickly as possible.

As a corporate executive I was privileged to learn the art of coaching, one on one advisement and personal growth. I leverage these valuable skills with my training as a certified hypnotist to help my clients improve quickly. I enjoy the one on one setting as it allows me to focus all of my energy and attention on my clients as they take their journey towards a happier, healthier and more vibrant life.
